EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. By 'tapping' in certain places you activate special acupressure points, making your body easier to let go. By combining EFT with coaching you can definitively resolve emotional and physical trauma. And then there is room for the Happy Side of Life.
Four participants with trauma complaints were supervised by Sandra Bijl. They set to work with individual Power Tapping (EFT & Coaching) sessions. We recorded the experiences on screen and that is how the documentary 'Dissolving Trauma' came about.
The reason I made this documentary? To show you how to solve your problems with EFT. It makes them enjoy themselves again and they end up on the Happy Side of Life! In addition, it is my great wish that everyone can start using EFT as a resource. Curious?

A psychiatrist and an EFT therapist regularly use EFT in their practices. They share their experiences and provide background information about EFT.
In the documentary you follow the participants in their process and you see how their quality of life improve.
What have we done? You can see it in the documentary. Listen to what psychiatrists and EFT-therapists have to say about EFT and how they use it.
